This was my second visit to Dr. Moorman’s practice. Even though the wait time is a bit long, you don’t mind much as it doesn’t affect the care you receive. Her staff is friendly and professional and very caring towards some of her elderly patients. I feel very confident in the care I’m receiving as Dr. Moorman partners with you in all her decision making, she doesn’t talk down to you and there’s no embarrassment about whatever the condition that you are experiencing, she makes you feel that together we can have a positive outcome.

While she usually runs behind schedule......once she enters the room she spends whatever time is necessary to address the purpose of your visit.......which probably explains why she runs behind schedule. I have been a patient of Dr Moorman's for years and never once have I felt rushed once she walks into the room. She is very polite and thorough during my visits. She has a way of explaining things in layman terms so I can understand what she's saying and any recommendations she makes to address the purpose of my visit. She is an excellent urologist.

I had to wait nearly an hour after my assigned appointment time until I was finally seen. Besides the wait, the staff are always friendly and informative and compassionate.

Nobody likes going to the urologist. It's usually for something so embarrassing you're not going to discuss it with your best friend. But Dr. Moorman has a friendly, matter-of-fact manner that makes you feel like your issues are not that big a deal because a lot of people have the same problem. Dr. Cynthia Moorman is a well-informed urologist. Not only has she taken great care of my issue, but she is a good listner and easy to speak with at every appointment. My experience with her is a world away from previous experiences elsewhere. She resolved my issue by using a less painful procedure and prescribing the proper medications. It's rare to find a doctor who combines such personal touches and cares for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend her to others!

She was very good about explaining to me why the perscriptions I had in the past did not solve my health problems and what I need to take in the future. I felt good about her ideas for a program that would help me to get back to normal. I had been having problems for about a year and a half and finally feel like I am getting the doctor I need to help me work toward a solution for these ailments.
